Sump Pump Failure

If you have a basement, your sump pump is often your last line of defense against flooding.  It works by safely diverting water away from your house and is especially important during times of heavy rain when your home is at risk of water damage.  In these images you can see what happens when your sump pump stops working properly. Luckily the homeowner was home and able to act fast. Most of the water was pumped out when the sump pump was repaired.
