With the use of proper containment and "tenting" of lower walls our SERVPRO of Bear/New Castle, DE mitigation team dried the exam rooms walls from the hallways. Compact heaters, dehumidifiers and HEPA filtration devices were strategically placed to complete the drying process in less than 3 days. The rebuild was started in areas as soon as we confirmed moisture levels were at goal. The medical center was seeing patients 1 day after the completion of our services.
